Cyber Hygiene & Security Practices – Awareness Session
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in collaboration with C‐DAC Bangalore, Regional Coordination Center (ISEA Project), is organizing an Awareness Session on Cyber Hygiene and Security Practices to empower students with essential digital safety knowledge. The session will be held on 23rd April 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., and will be led by Ms. Veena Wilfred from C‐DAC, Bangalore. Students are encouraged to participate and enhance their awareness on staying safe and secure in the digital world.
Ph.D. Public Viva‐Voce Examination
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is pleased to announce the Ph.D. Public Viva‐Voce Examination of Mrs. G. Revathi. The title of her thesis is "Design and Development of Microstrip Filters for RF Applications". The viva will be conducted on 29th April 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:30 AM in the Conference Hall (Room No.: 1024).
Youth Red Cross (YRC)
Mount Zion College of Engineering and Technology, Pudukkottai, in association with the Youth Red Cross (YRC), is organizing an awareness program on "Cyber Crime and Online Scams" to educate students and the public about the increasing risks in the digital world. The session will be held on 21st April 2025, Time 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM, at the Lembalakudi Panchayat Office. The resource person, Thiru M. Nagaraj, Sub‐Inspector of Police, Namanasamuthiram, will guide participants on how to identify and prevent online scams and cyber crimes.
